This stunning aerial photograph shows the iconic harbour and turquoise waters of St Ives, one of Cornwall's most loved coastal destinations. Taken from my drone, this image captures the harbour, lighthouse, boats and golden sands from a unique perspective that few people ever get to experience.
What makes this photograph especially meaningful is that I had been trying to capture this exact image for over a year. Weather conditions, tides and lighting all had to come together perfectly. Finally, I found myself in exactly the right place on a beautiful sunny day and was able to capture the scene I had imagined for so long.
